Christmas Fair Thursday 29 November 5.00-6.30pm
Message from the fundraisers:
We are hoping for lots of kind donations for the fair to make it a great success! Therefore we would really appreciate the following from each class -
- Ladybirds - small and fun sized wrapped chocolates or sweets ie. fun size mars bars etc
- Hedgehogs - donations of goodies for our Luxury Christmas Food Hamper
- Squirrels - donations of goodies for our Luxury Christmas Food Hamper
- Owls - chocolate prizes for the tombola stall
These donations are such a big part of making up a lot of the stalls at the fair and we couldn't do it without them. In addition to the above, we also need help with extra donations of:
- tombola prizes
- raffle prizes
- donations for the gift and wrapping room
- wine for the wine and water stall
PLEASE BRING IN THE CLASS DONATIONS ON FRIDAY 9 NOVEMBER - NON UNIFORM DAY
ALL OTHER DONATIONS IN BY FRIDAY 16 NOVEMBER
Cakes to brought in on Thursday 29 November the morning of the fair.
The purpose of the Christmas fair is to raise funds for ALL children at school. The money that is raised is very important and goes towards the transport for school trips and school equipment.
We also require help to set up the fair, run a stall or even help out at the end of the day. If you can help, please let us know.
We are fortunate to have a very hard working and dedicated team of fundraisers. The money is raised through events such as Christmas and summer fairs, and school discos. The money raised goes towards further enhancing the learning of our children.
The group meets regularly, and also meets with Mrs Richmond to co-ordinate events and develop new ideas.
We are always grateful for new members, so if you are interested in joining the group, please speak to Mrs Russell.
