Breakfast Club
We are delighted to announce that we will be launching a new Breakfast Club starting immediately after the Easter holiday. If the Breakfast Club is well-supported and remains financially viable, we plan to continue the service in September. Furthermore, a successful Breakfast Club launch will pave the way for us to explore adding an after-school club provision in the new academic year. Your support during this term is vital to making these extended services a permanent part of our school.
Aims and Objectives
The Breakfast Club aims to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for pupils before the formal school day begins. Our goals are:
- To provide a nutritious breakfast to fuel learning.
- To support working parents by providing high-quality childcare.
- To encourage social interaction across different year groups.
Operating Times and Location
Daily Sessions: Monday to Friday (Term-time only).
Hours: 7:45 am to 8:30 am.
Location: School Hall & Playground
Handover: At 8:30 am, staff will escort younger pupils to their classrooms, while older pupils will be dismissed to their designated class.

Eligibility |
Open to all school-age pupils (Reception – Year 6) currently enrolled at All Saints Anglican/Methodist Primary School. |

Registration |
All parents/carers must complete a breakfast club registration form for each child attending which includes an agreement to adhere to the terms of this policy. |

Capacity |
Limited to 15 places per day to ensure safe ratios. |

Cost |
£4 per session, payable in advance via Arbor. |

Booking |
Breakfast Club sessions can be booked via Arbor. Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Short notice/emergency bookings are at the school’s discretion – please contact the school office. |
Arrival Procedures
- Drop-off: Parents/Carers must escort their child to the school reception and sign them in with a member of staff.
- Cut-off Time: To ensure children have adequate time to eat, the final entry for breakfast is 8:10 am. Children arriving after this time may not be served food but are welcome to join the activities.
Payment of Fees
Session are booked and fees are to be paid in advance via Arbor or childcare vouchers. Missed sessions are non-refundable due to staffing and resourcing costs. The parent signing the Breakfast Club registration form is known as the ‘contracting parent’ and is responsible for the payment of all fees.
